If you have already purchased your product, you can skip this step. Purchase your dedicated service from .
Upon successful purchase, there will be a short waiting period where your machine will be provisioned and setup. This doesn't take too long due to the fact that most of our machines are already racked, however we do ask customers to please allow up to 48 hours in case of custom builds that require us to go to the datacentre and provision. Once the machine provisioning process has been completed, you will receive an email with your Remote Desktop Connection credentials. Save these for your reference.

Once you have received the email with your login credentials, you will be able to connect to your machine. All of our machines adopt the username of Administrator and your password will usually be a randomly generated string found in your emails.
Open up Remote Desktop Connection on your computer and input the IP address of your machine (found in the confirmation email) - and hit "Connect".
Now it should ask for your credentials, fil in the username which is Administrator, and then input your password.
Congratulations, you have successfully logged into your machine!
Good news! You do not need to download any drivers to your machine as this has already been done for you! We even added Google Chrome to our operating systems as we share the same dislike for Microsoft Edge as the rest of the world!
If you want to download any additional programs or drivers, you are free to do this as much as you like. We do not have any restrictions on this functionality.
Good news! You do not need to perform any firewall edits or create any new port forwarding rules unless it is required for what you want to use the machine for (e.g. FiveM server hosting may require you to add more inbound/outbound rules to your firewall - please see our guide on this ). Everything is setup and configured for you here so if you are just using your machine for basic use, you can leave this section. If you still need to do this, and you know what you are doing, you can simply head to the start menu and search for "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" and you will be taken to the port forwarding setting screen where you can edit your inbound and outbound rules to your desires.
